Building the Virtual Brain: Patient-Specific Models for Clinical Medicine
2nd Edition · Virtual · November 12–13, 2026
Two days online for researchers and engineers turning neural signals into models, devices and clinical tools. Hosted by Rastuc Labs & Ghana Medical School.
About
The Computational Neuroscience Workshop (CNW) brings together students and professionals from engineering and medicine to explore how the brain computes and how we can build technology around it. Over two full online days, participants will move from the fundamentals of neural modelling and signal analysis to machine learning for brain data and the hardware that makes wearable neurotechnology possible. Clinicians will see what engineering can offer, and engineers will see the clinical problems worth solving. Following the success of the first edition in December 2025, CNW 2026 is built around one idea:The best neurotechnology is built by people who understand both sides.
